Service Fees
- All prices are subject to HST.
- Payments must be made by credit card.
- Payments are due before services are rendered.
- All service fees are 100% non-refundable.
- Change/cancel fees apply to reservations/tickets that have been confirmed and paid for.
- All fees are in addition to the fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers and any other travel service provider included with your booking.

Limitations of Liability
While I strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your travel experience goes smoothly, I am not responsible for issues or disruptions caused by factors beyond my control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes to flight schedules, delays, cancellations, or seat reassignments
- Overbooking by travel service providers such as airlines and hotels
- Misrepresentations made by travel service providers
- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
- Civil or political unrest, protests or strikes
